End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Cosmo Star Labs LLC ("Cosmo Star Labs LLC", "we", "us") governing your use of the Latin Dance Club mobile applications, web applications, and related software (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Cosmo Star Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels on the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates law or infringes any third party's rights.
• Use the App to build a competing product, scrape its data, or interfere with its operation.

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Student, Instructor, and Organizer tiers). When you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the published price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play) after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Current subscription prices and renewal terms are disclosed in-app before purchase.

The App allows you to post videos, photos, posts, comments, messages, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant Cosmo Star Labs LLC the license described in our Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to post it.

Cosmo Star Labs LLC has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Prohibited content and conduct include but are not limited to:

• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or content sexualizing minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse.
• Content that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Reporting and moderation. Every post, comment, message, and profile in the App includes a Report and Block control. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team, and we commit to acting on flagged content within 24 hours. Users who post objectionable content or abuse other users will be removed from the App. Blocking a user immediately prevents them from contacting you or seeing your content.

The App, including all software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Cosmo Star Labs LLC and its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. This EULA grants you a license, not a sale, and reserves all rights not expressly granted.

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, and others for authentication, payments, push notifications, and analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Cosmo Star Labs LLC is not responsible for third-party services.

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following apply:

• This EULA is between you and Cosmo Star Labs LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• The license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims are the sole responsibility of Cosmo Star Labs LLC.
• Cosmo Star Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting," and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

If you obtained the App from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App.

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate this EULA, the Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies. Sections 6–14 survive termination.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMO STAR LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DANCE IS A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND CARRIES RISK OF INJURY — USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMO STAR LABS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COSMO STAR LABS LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT WILL COSMO STAR LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the arbitration and venue provisions in our Terms of Service.

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
