Overview
Different products on Latin Dance Club have different refund terms. The summary below applies unless a stricter policy is set by an instructor, team, or event organizer at the point of sale, or unless a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees (for example, Instructor or Team plans) are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are booked between you and an independent instructor. Refund and rescheduling terms — including no-show and late-cancellation policies — are set by the individual instructor. Review the instructor's terms before booking. Cosmo Labs may, at its discretion, assist with disputes but is not a party to the underlying transaction.
Team Dues
Team dues collected through the Service are paid to the team, not to Cosmo Labs. The team determines refund eligibility for dues. Contact your team owner or admin to request a refund.
Event Tickets
Tickets to socials, workshops, and showcases are subject to the policy of the event organizer. Many event tickets are non-refundable; some are transferable. Review the event listing and confirm with the organizer before purchasing.
Donations
Donations to instructors, teams, or organizers are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where the recipient agrees to refund.
Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by Stripe and other providers are non-refundable, even when the underlying transaction is refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, first contact the seller directly — the instructor for private lessons, the team for dues, or the organizer for events. If you cannot reach them or you believe a transaction was fraudulent, contact us at our support page. We will review eligible requests within a reasonable time.
