How do I redeem an access code?

Open the app, go to Profile → Membership → 'Have an access code?' and enter your code. Tier access is granted instantly.

How do I restore a purchase?

On iOS, go to Profile → Membership → Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Web subscribers: Profile → Membership → Manage subscription. iOS subscribers: cancel through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check Profile → Notification settings, then iPhone Settings → Notifications → Latin Dance Club. Make sure Allow Notifications is on.

How do I report a user or post?

Tap the ⋯ menu on any post, comment, message, or profile. Choose Report or Block. We respond to reports within 24 hours.

Account & billing
